The Hope Shop

Empowering Young People Since 2019

Since its opening on 6th July 2019, The Hope Shop has played a vital role in supporting hundreds of young people in our community. Through its offerings of work experience opportunities, interview attire, and free counselling sessions, the shop has become a valuable resource for many.

The shop is open Monday-Saturday from 10am-4pm, thanks to the incredible dedication of our volunteers, who generously give their time to manage its operations. As we look ahead, we are excited to embrace new seasons and continue expanding the shop’s role in supporting the YIT Trust’s mission.

How Can You Help?

If you have good quality pre-loved clothes, near new shoes or accessories (bags, belts, ties etc) which you no longer need, please consider dropping them off to The Hope Shop during our opening hours.

No drop offs afterhours please.

100% of funds raised from the sale of pre-loved items goes to Youth In Transition’s Journey Back to Awesome programme, which supports our young people back to a life worth living.

Volunteer

The Hope Shop is unique as it is run by a group of positive and enthusiastic volunteers. Which means 100% of all sales go to Youth In Transition to help support our youth in need.
