  • Youth In Transition is a charitable trust which relies on grants, donations and fees to provide the specialist work it undertakes. We are so very grateful to our sponsors for covering the majority of our overhead expenses. For our counselling sessions, we ask that individuals/families pay a fee per session according to a sliding-scale which is calculated on family income. We aim to make our counselling accessible to all and most certainly do not wish to exclude anyone from receiving help due to financial difficulties, so if you would like to refer but are concerned about the cost, do please get in touch and we would be happy to discuss this with you. For beneficiaries or in cases of genuine hardship, it may be that the counselling can be funded by Winz.
