Nick Schanschieff

Operations Manager

Nick has a wealth of experience, having previously worked with Maidwell Hall, part of Uppingham School in the UK. His expertise in operational management, gained from overseeing the day-to-day operations of a 52-acre estate, makes him a valuable addition to our team. Nick brings with him extensive knowledge in people leadership, compliance, health and safety and estate maintenance – all crucial components for the effective delivery of our services to clients.
