Chenery Memorial Trust Donation

We were delighted to receive a lovely letter from the Chairman of the Chenery Memorial Trust letting us know that they are giving us a grant this month to help fund counselling costs for our Journey Back to Awesome programme.

What a wonderful gift this is just before Christmas, when we are so very busy supporting our many young people and their families to navigate ever-more challenges to their wellbeing. The Trustees of the Chenery Memorial Trust “appreciate the great work your organisation is doing to help and encourage young people in your area in dealing with … the stresses of living in today’s pandemic of uncertainty and we would like to express our best wishes to you and your team for Christmas and the year to come”.

We are deeply grateful for this generous support and would like to thank Chenery Memorial Trust for taking the time to understand the value of our work and for selecting Youth in Transition as a grant recipient

Hi, I’m Kim and I work with a great team to help individuals, as well as small and not so small businesses get their message, product and services to the world using digital media and creating wonderful websites that don’t cost the earth.

I was born in Canada, and grew up around Vancouver and the mountains of British Columbia. My love of pristine environments led me to New Zealand and eventually to the mountains, lakes and rivers of the central North Island which is home. My family’s heritage is here, and it’s from here that Korio traverses the planet.
