Our very own Chairperson, Andrew Hoggard, presented his mini workshop on Business from the Heart to the YIT team. Yes, he has written a book about this and yes, we all received his hard covered book, signed by Andrew, nice style! He is a very passionate presenter who skilfully wove his own story and learning into asking how, as a YIT team, can we bring our commitment, attitude, and change into each day. How do we bring an abundance of CHEERS (Consistent, High standard of Enjoyable Experiences we Reliably share using effective Systems) into our client’s day? Can we row our YIT waka using the OARs of Ownership, Accountability and Responsibility or just stay in BED (Blame, Excuse, Deny)!

Hi, I’m Kim and I work with a great team to help individuals, as well as small and not so small businesses get their message, product and services to the world using digital media and creating wonderful websites that don’t cost the earth.

I was born in Canada, and grew up around Vancouver and the mountains of British Columbia. My love of pristine environments led me to New Zealand and eventually to the mountains, lakes and rivers of the central North Island which is home.
